Survivors with R.H.Y.T.H.M.

Release and Heal Yourself Through Healthy Metamorphosis

Learn to Dance to Your Own RHYTHM!

Survivors with RHYTHM is my passion project I created to help guide other survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual and domestic violence, and other similar traumas, through the healing journey. This is a step-by-step program meant to help survivors to see the negativities they adopted in effect of trauma, and illuminate their pathway to overcome them. They’ll learn to discover and embody their true selves, and love themselves for it. This love for themselves will restore self-worth, self-confidence, trust in themselves, and security/stability for the future. Survivors will be able to move forward with confidence, knowing that no matter what the future brings, they will be able to choose happiness.

I’ve written an immersive, interactive guide with reflection exercises and activities that has been published and is available via the link below. This guide will allow you to journal about your thoughts and results, and help illuminate different steps you can take throughout this journey.

Watch this video below for a preview of what this journey will bring you.

The slideshow below is a short summary of all the guide has to offer.

In addition to the physical guide and the slideshow above, there are social media groups and pages that allow for a more immersive and interactive experience. They connect you with other survivors taking this journey, as well as, provide you with an opportunity to work with me directly, or ask me questions. These pages also include more advice and answers that aren’t in the guide itself. I am also making Youtube videos for those who prefer this avenue. As you can see, this project is a fully immersive experience for my fellow survivors. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at the email provided in the “Contact” tab at the top of this page, or via the social media pages.
